Who are Divine Miniatures?
Divine Miniatures is a small family owned business located in Queensland in Australia.
Passionate about 1:12 scale miniatures (also known as 1 inch miniatures), the aim is to bring you artisan made collectibles for your dollhouse or diorama in 1/12 scale
What are 1:12 scale miniatures?
1:12 scale miniatures, sometimes written as 1/12 scale miniatures and sometimes known as 1 inch miniatures are replicas of real life items, scaled to one twelfth of their original size, originally designed when imperial measurements were commonly used, one inch is one twelfth of one foot.
With 1:12 scale miniatures, the dolls used in dollhouses and dioramas are approximately 15cm (or 5 1/2 to 6 inches tall).
These are not the same as Barbie dolls, which are scaled at 1/6th (twice as large).
